We are delighted to share with you that High Flow, Whole Person, Whole System has just received a further 3 years funding to continue the amazing work we are delivering across Northern Devon and Exeter to people experiencing multiple disadvantage.

High Flow, Whole Person, Whole System is a collaboration between Encompass Southwest, CoLab in Exeter, Momentum, Bthechange & Craft.

The project focuses on delivery and system change, enabling us to learn from the people we support and the teams working across the system.
