Introduction to human learning systems alliance models of commissioning

We have a collective passion to improve the integration of health and social care provision in Devon for those who have lived experience of trauma. Collaborate CIC and their partners were commissioned by Public Health Devon to bring stakeholders together to raise awareness of different ways of working that can assist in organisations working better together to improve the outcomes for populations.

The recorded presentation and resources provide a legacy of the process taken so far, as stakeholders continue to discuss our shared vision for a better future.
